2. Service Requests

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, operational requirements, and acceptance by OZMED Logistics. While we aim to meet requested collection and delivery times, these are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

• All shipment information is accurate and complete.

• Goods are correctly packaged, labelled, and suitable for transport.

• Any special handling or temperature requirements are clearly communicated at the time of booking.

• All applicable laws and regulations relating to the shipment are complied with.

4. Delivery

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver consignments safely and on time. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather events, road closures, mechanical issues, or emergency situations.

5. Dangerous or Prohibited Goods

Customers must not consign any illegal, dangerous, hazardous, or prohibited goods unless prior written approval has been obtained and all legal transport requirements have been met. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that may pose a safety or compliance risk.

6. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, after-hours services, re-delivery, oversized items, tolls, or special handling requirements.

• Payment is due in accordance with the agreed trading terms or invoice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, OZMED Logistics will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from delays, interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
